Shipping Method Guide
We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. DHL is our preferred carrier.
- NSIteck ships the products to worldwide. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page. All of shipping method we recommended is track able. You can track your items online and know where they are.
- Oversized items that don't fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. We will give you a quota before shipment. The carrier will inform you of your delivery method.
- We will ship to your shipping address. You can save and edit your shipping and billing address in the My Account section. Shipments to PO Boxes cannot be accepted.
- To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email, if your order will be delayed.
- A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt
Delivery Time
In most of case, NSIteck ships your orders within 24 hours (except weekend and public holiday) after verified your payment.
Delivery time varies shipping destination, item's value and unexpected factors (such as custom clearance, shipping method etc.).
Some item(s) on our website are not regularly stocked at NSIteck. Maybe the item(s) will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturers
Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on our product list and product detail pages. If you’re logged in and have previously placed an order with us, your zip code will be saved. If you are not logged in, just enter your zip code or country to get a shipping cost estimate. (You will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process.) The shipping calculator is available in the Shopping Cart as well so that you can calculate the standard shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout your actual shipping cost may be higher.
Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.
